I am a 62-year-old man with no symptoms of problems in the chest or lungs. However, for the past two months, my health condition has deteriorated extensively, and I have been suffering from repeated headaches. I treated this lightly and used to pop in mild painkillers. But I started having chest pain after a while. I have had my ECG done. Despite the reports being normal, I am not being able to eat or walk well. In fact, I am getting a pukish feeling whenever there is an intake of any dairy product. I am genuinely getting worried about my health and do not know what to do.

Hello there! First of all, relax! The more you worry, more problems will start to crop up. It seems that you do not have any problem in your lungs or heart, but in your stomach. Dairy products might be the cause of formation of acid in the stomach, which in turn is affecting your breathing and hence, the chest pain.
